Welcome to the forum!

Eating this way is definately a permanent change for most - as for me carbs make me balloon right up. Sticking to this way of eating has let me loose a little over 60 pounds in the last 11 months.

Check out the "Success Stories" area for some good inspiration.

Hi Flossie! I didn't have much weight to lose; I was actually trying to get other health problems under control. It's worked like a charm. I no longer have bad energy slumps, the depression that I've struggled with for years has lifted, my acne has improved greatly, my PMS is virtually gone, I sleep like a baby, and I feel great. Weight control was just a side effect. Best of luck to you!
