Talking Low Carb cooking for Thanksgiving

I know many are planning to 'take the day off' where Thanksgiving is concerned, but for all who have shared LC recipes on this board, THANK YOU!!!

I am cooking several LC dishes to take to my sister's home for tomorrow. She, her husband and I are LC'ing through the holiday and these recipes are great!

I've been 'tasting' all afternoon... Not only is it great! but I don't have that sugar sickness that comes with 'tasting' all afternoon!

LC'ing is great!

May you all have a Blessed Thanksgiving!

Regards,
Karla

I can handle the stuffing, the potatoes, the yams. I can even handle the pumpkin pie. But I HAVE to have my cranberry sauce!
And not the kind with the berries that every food expert says tastes better. I love the good old gel in a can!
