thin so fast/1980 book

i should have posted my prior question here but....
okay, i order thin so fast from amazon which was written by eades of proteinpower.

you are suppose to replace meals with high protein shakes, has anyone tried thin so fast? it is out of print and i was thinking if it was so good it would still be in print. any thoughts or comments are well welcomed.

oh yea i could not even find any websites from past users.

Thin So Fast

A book called Dr. Atkins Super Energy Diet was released in the '70's and it's out of print too. Some books just go out of print.
