Acronyms

Can anyone give me a link to the acronyms used here? I'm very new and know only a few.

What is CAD? YMMV?

I know WOL way of life
and WOE way of eating
LC low carb
BF body fat

but that's about it. Have mercy on me. And Thanks.

If you look on the orange bar above the forum you will see a menu item of "Low carb tips"

Click on that and down at the bottom is a "low carb lingo" that covers all of it.

I am moving the thread to the technical questions and comments section.
