Default Isotonic drinks - are they allowed ?

Hi there

Are the isotonic drinks (Powerade, Isostar) allowed in CKD ? It would help me in my everyday cardios but i am afraid it contains to much carbs - 5,5g (70% are maltodextrines) in 100 ml.

I've heard those drinks are hipertonics, can be used during cardios in CKD and will not break your khetosis because they are not accumulating in the human body and will not interact with insuline.

Is that true ?
