Low carbo diet has kept me off insulin.

I'm a type 2 diabetic whose doctor was going to put on insulin last April. I went on a low carbo diet and have cut my oral medication in half. My hemoglobin A1c was 9.4 and is now 6.0. Type 2 diabetics should look very serious at a good low carbo deit.

Congrats on your great results

I'm also a type II and looking forward to reducing and even eliminating meds - I was taking 3 Diabetas and now down to 2. My A1c last March was 9.2, then 8.3 in June and I'm confident my next test in September will show around 6.0 too, after LCing for two months only.

Keep up the good work!
