Default Vitamins.

I was about to go out and stock up on vitamins as I have discovered that I'm deffinately laking in potassium .

But I was wondering if anyone knew of any internet sites or mail order companoies who sell resonabley priced vitamins.

I was going to go to Holland & Barrett (who obviously have a good range) but just wondered if you could get them in bulk any cheaper.

Any tips would be helpful.
Thanks.

Bungle.

Hi Bungle

I must admit I get my vitamins and minerals from H & B. I tend to keep an eye when offers are on and get more then. The chelated potassium are only around £3 50 for 100 tablets, so not so badly priced.

Earlier this year I brought a whole lot of multivitamin and mineral tabs when they were half price and they will last me for over a year!

When you order on line, don't forget you usually have to add postage which bulks up the price.

Happy supplement hunting.

Little Ann,

Thanks for the tip on H&B's postassium.

I've been along this afternoon and purchased some.

(I must admit I had a little nose aorund other chemists in town but H&B came up the winner, specially as nowhere else seemed to have them .

Hopefully they should cure the leg cramps.

Thanks

Happy low carbing.
