Red face Afternoon tiredness

I've been on the Atkins for about 10 days, and for the last two days, I get so tired in the afternoon after I eat lunch that I have trouble working. Perhaps I need to be eating more, but does anyone else notice this? After a few hours, or activity, I wake right up for the evening. Strange.

Cassidy, what are you having for lunch? It sounds like a carb siesta, but you shouldn't be having enough to cause that.

I am on induction, so I have very little carbos. Today for lunch I had deli turkey rolled with herbed cheese and a diet coke.

Fatigue during Induction is fairly common. Give it another week and see if things change. Be sure to eat enough for lunch, or plan another snack between 3 & 4 PM to see if that helps.

Personally I suspect the diet coke, try giving that a miss.
