yeah! a support group!
Hi everyone! I recently starts Atkins about 3 weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds. I started 3 pounds a week the first two weeks, then dropped 6 pounds last week. In seeking answers to my question about saggy skin at the end of it, I stumbled across this forum.
I started a dieting journal on my website (please click the link below if you're interested!) and trying to keep it updated regularly. I haven't gotten into the habit of writing a food journal, since I've *never* been good at that, but I'll need to shortly to figure out what my CCL is. I need to slow down and keep the loose skin at bay!
