So you know, Boston Market chicken and turkey have some sugar in them. Half a chicken has 2 grams of sugar and of course 2 carbs. Boston.com had an article where you chose the fast food restaurant and it gave you the menu, I plugged in Boston Market because I was pretty sure that they put something on the chicken. I never checked the vegetables at BM, as I automatically assumed they were off limits to me and too risky.

Other than the sugar in the chicken, your menu looks just fine. Make sure you eat your salad and veggies. Best advice I could give you is if you didn't buy it fresh from the store and cook it yourself, I'd be wary of it and ask lots of questions! Good luck.

Not a bad start, but you seem a bit short on the veggies. You are supposed to eat 2 cups of salad veggies, and 3/4 cup cooked veggies, or 3 cups of salad veggies each day.

I really consider that as a minimum, I eat as much salad a day as I want with my meals, I dont count how much. The dark green leafy veggies have lots of important nutriuants too.

Default Water with Meals

I just wanted to pass on to you what I read in my Somersizing book. She recommends that you drink as little as possible while you eat your meal. The water dilutes the digestive juices and makes the digestion process take longer. I stop about 30 minutes before and after each meal.

Best of luck to you!

Default Thanks Eveyone!

A little story of how my first two weeks have gone. The first three days I had a roaring headache and I was constantly starving and craving bread or sweets. and was very tired!

After three days I felt much better, I now am never hungry, and I dont get tired or foggy head.

Friday will be the end of the first two weeks. I think I can make it now..... wasnt sure at first, but now I am.

Cant wait to weigh myself at the end of week three!

Stacy

Post Eat more!

How about adding a side Caesar Salad for .99 at Wendy's??
That's what I do and it's A+!

Good luck!
