Default Whey or Soy Protein Powder

I am using a whey protein powder that I use for a shake in the morning. High grams of protein and low carbs 2g. Does anyone have any info on whether one is better then the other or which one tastes better. I get chocolate and mix it with water and some milk or cream.

Thumbs up WHEY!!

Hi. I use the whey shakes. I find that if you get the right brands (usually the more expensive ones) they are delicious. I buy the pre-flavored ones. The brand I use (Optimum Nutrition) has about 6 or 7 flavors (even pina colada!!). I would suggest sticking to the whey shakes.

I don't like any soy products. I have found that the soy has an overpowering flavor except when I use it to fry chicken. Even then i smother it in hot sauce to hide the taste. There may be peole here who like the soy shakes but pretty much every thread i have read says they are gross. Just my 2 cents.

Whey all the way!!!
Soy mixes bad, and tastes even worse.
I have tried mixing soy milk (fewer carbs than regular milk) with whey powder. It doesn't taste too bad.
