Post Back on Induction... Again!

Hey ya'll! I've already introduced myself once but I thought I'd come back again since I'm starting over at day 1. I think the Tic Tacs really screwed with my body cuz I've been at the same weight for 2 weeks and haven't lost any inches. I'm starting myself at Induction in hopes to shock my body back into weight loss and hopefully undo whatever the Tic Tacs did to me. I didn't go off the diet, I'm just re-starting. Any encouragment is welcome. Thanks!

Hi Felicia

Congratulations on your weight loss so far. So you have not lost anything for two weeks. Well don't panic, not all of us can loose regularly, the body does take time to adjust.

The tic-tacs may have been a problem, but it is probably not worth going back to induction fully, just for a day or two to get your body back into ketosis.

You have not too many more pounds to loose and so be patient. This is not an instant success diet. Remember, you will need to change your eating habits for life to keep the weight off.

MY GOODNESS--TIC TAKS may not be the problem....It seems to me that you have lost quite a bit of wieght and your body is only adjusting itself to your weight loss--this is normal . I am in agreement with the person above me....Forgive yourself, adjust the WOE habits to include a treat now and then and continue on.... I don't think that having Tic Taks can instigate a permanent plateau. You are doing a good job, continue excerising, drinking water, and maintain the eating habits before...remember you are only human.

Hi Felicia,
Two weeks at the same weight is perfectly normal! Your body is taking some time to adjust to the weight it has already lost..... this will happen all through OWL. I don't think the Tic Tacs are a good idea I really don't think you need to go back to induction (unless you want to maybe for 2-3 days) What you are experiencing is normal and you just have to be patient.
Just keep to your routine (without the Tic Tacs!)
You've done great so far!
Ellie
