Just found this site today and it's great!!

I'm 52 and grandmother of 3 (Ages 10, 9 and 4) who are the joys of my life. I'm am very active - bowling once a week in the winter and playing golf in the summer.

Did not have weight problem in highschool but started adding extra pounds after 2 children. Have tried Weight Watchers several times but couldn't stick with it. Did Atkins four years ago at my highest weight (220#) and lost 40 in 4 months but fell off the wagon and have gradually gained 20 back. When the scales said 202 the other day and I began thinking about summer clothes, I decided it was time to get serious again and this time I WILL SUCCEED TO MY GOAL!!! I'm starting my 2nd week of induction and have been in ketosis since 3rd day. It's amazing how the cravings do diminish and my energy level is so much better. Looking forward to lots of encouragement and information.
