Default I am a slow walker,but I never walk backwards

I will never be an athlete.... and I don't want to be...but I will move...at least 6 day's a week....I will be able to keep up with my boys...I will do the joggers mile this year with my sons...

I walk for 40 min today..and my legs are still sore from my jog yesterday...

I walked 2.2 miles today in 45 min...does a walk still do you good if the whole time you are wining to yourself that you don't want to be doing it..........

ok so I went for my walk/run when the dog thought it would be fun to take off while I was running...she hit the end of the leash and almost pulled me on face....instead of falling I pulled something in my left thigh....I am gonna feel it BAD in the morning...

I had to jog part of the way but I did 1.6 miles in 30min.
after all I am only about 5 feet tall

it was hard today..I had my 4 yo neice with me and my 5&8yo ...uugg rachel wanted to push the stroller instead of ride..noah wanted to poke at rachel ....and someones dog was lose and almost bite my 5 yo

tonight I really did not mind walking other than having a cold butt...it snowed real hard for a half hour but it melted on the roads and side walks but clung to every branch... and then the sun came out...I went walking at sunset.. 8yo invited 2 girls from across the street to join us ..so that was 2-5yo's & 2-8yo's

Great job, keep it up! I know a woman who lost a lot of weight doing low carb. In a 5 month period, she went from barely being able to walk a mile to running a half marathon. If you stay with it and push yourself just a little, you will be amazed by the results.
