Hulagrrrl's workouts (or any activity other than sleeping!)
since i'm still preggers, i can't really go hard out on my workouts. actually, all i do for now is walking and light free weights for my arms. i'm supposed to be keeping up with the exercise to help me thru the labor. hopefully starting this gym log will help me to stay on track and be accountable.
i'm also posting in the walk-every-day thread in the buddies section, but i want to post my resistance and weight training stats here too.......when i get to starting that again.
so, for today i have nothing to report other than waking up, getting dressed, driving to work, and sitting in my chair all day.
well, i do have to walk 1/4 mile to and from my car to my office - does that count? totals 1/2 mile and since i'm ALWAYS late, i'm usually doing as close to a power walk as i can. to others it probably looks more like a waddle/shuffle.
