Default Veggies?

I really am not a big fan of the vegetables but recently I've started eating caeser salads which I tolerate.. I'm having about 2 decent sized salads a day (salad and chicken only, nothing else in the salad), is this enough veggies or shold I look into the cauliflower, broccoli etc.. If so, any ideas on how to make them taste good Thanks.

Brandon

Butter makes anything taste better, Brandon. So does havarti cheese (Or just about any cheese).

Yes you should be eating your broccoli and other legal vegetables - there is very little fiber in salad. The alternative (constipation) is not pleasant.

My favorite way to eat cauliflower (and it works with broccoli too but i like it with butter) is:

Boil fresh cauliflower until almost tender. place in baking dish. mix some mayo with a touch of mustard and spoon on top. cover with cheder cheese. bake until cheese is melted and bubbling. my mother made this dish all my life and we alway said she alway knew how to make veggies "unhealthy" ... but on this woe - it works!!!!

Try it!
