Default Organic Meadow Light Cream Cheese

Organic Meadow Light Cream Cheese is made in Durham Ontario by the OntarBio Organic Farmers Co-op . I don't know if it is available all across Canada, but it is available in Ontario and in BC at Choices and Capers.

For a 2 Tbsp. serving:

Calories: 50
Protein: 3 gr
Fat: 4.5 gr
Carbohydrates: It says 0 on the label so I ran it though the HCC and came up with -.67, which makes me assume that the count was rounded down to 0. I'ts still really low for cream cheese.

Smile Organic Meadow

Superstore sometimes has it in their Natural Foods section. For some reason, they have the organic milk, yogurt, butter and sour cream stocked regularly, but the cream cheese is random.

Astro makes a New York style cream cheese "spread" that is additive- and filler-free. It's soft, and sold in a small plastic tub. The label says 1.0g carb per 30g or 2 Tbsp serving (as opposed to Philadelphia, which is 1.1g per 15g or 1 Tbsp)
