Default PORK RINDS, PORK RINDS!!!!



Illinois have PORK RINDS!!!!! We have BBQ- SPicy,
Microwaveable ones, too. We have plain oridinary ones,
too.
Do not know any of the tastes, as I am on induction!!

You can eat the plain ones while on induction. Check the labels of the flavoured ones. They may contain sugar or some form of (not artificial) sweetener.

I found them today too at the Bulk Barn!!!!!!! It was way out of my way, but worth the trip.

and of course...got in the car, carefully opened up one bag, counted out and laid approx 6 on a paper towel on the seat beside me. (The bag said approx 6 make up the P rating of 7.5 )

Those 6 luscious treats lasted me all the way home. 25 minutes in all.

I'll definitely find space in my desk drawer at work for these as emergency hunger pang soothers.

I agree with you. I love pork rinds - I even ate them when I wasn't LCing - LOL.

And now since I've been seeing recipes that use them for breading and stuff that's all the better.
