Default Flavored Water Drinks

Has anyone heard any cons about those flavored water drinks. Specifically I am refering to the Fruit 2 O drinks. They are good but they leave me thirsty every time.

I haven't heard one way or the other but I can tell you that as much as I like the flavored water they seem to upset my stomach a little. Kind of acidic feeling. I love water anyway but I prefer distilled water. Green tea with splenda and water are the only things I drink.

I suppose that the flavored water does help those who don't like plain water. And so far, I think the Fruit 2-O is the best.

You should try the Aquafine Splash Falvored water! Its great! NO CARBS! I would just get worried that there would be sucralose in those!

But, other then that, haven't heard anything!

There *is* sucralose in both the Aquafina Splash waters and Fruit2O.

I really, really miss the unsweetened fruit flavored SmartWater.

I drink my local store brand of flavored carbonated water -- they have great flavors. I like them because I get tired of drinking plain water sometimes.

Is sucralose bad for you. Dasani makes a flavored water now and I love it, but it contains sucralose. It says it has no carbs so is it ok?

Sucralose is Splenda. Never caused me any harm. YMMV.

Yeah, sucralose is supposed to be one of the safer ones.
