Default Muscle aches body fatigue, and weightloss

Hello all,

I'm wondering about something which I am seemingly noticing repeatedly with my particular weightloss. Although I haven't lost all that much, (18lbs) I find that every time my weight drops noticibly on the scales, or after a stall, my body/muscles have been particularily sore, or "tired" feeling the day before. It's hard to describe, not like having worked out too hard, ...just a general achiness; but no pain per se.

I will go out on a limb here and suggest the following...Could the process of loosing weight; the burning of fat, or even ketosis cause the body to be sore? Could the process of building muscle, as quickly as we tend to, ...result in this tiredness of muscle I feel I'm experiencing on occasion.

Lastly, am I alone in noticing the phenomenon? ...or have I been drinking just a wee bit too much of the ol' H2O?....

Appreciate your thoughts,
Muse

Default Body signals

Hey Muse!

I have heard many reports of certain conditions that appear in certain individuals just before a whoosh. Some say that they experience excessive hunger, others say that they notice a slight gain.

it goes without saying then, that after a whoosh it is quite an acceptable theory that you would experience an after-effect of a weight loss.

My after-effects of a sudden weight loss involved my legs forcing my body to jump up and down in the bathroom, and then they would make me dance all the way down the hall in my birthday suit.

I believe our bodies have much information to share with us, if we are prepared to pay attention and *watch for the signs*.

Muse, many people say they experience that "first week of induction feeling" prior to a whoosh; fatigue, muscle aches and that ketosis taste in your mouth. I remember feeling *weird* the day before.. being extra thirsty and feeling a bit *off*.
