I haven't visited these message boards for 9 months, as I stopped low-carbing when I was pregnant. Well, I now have a beautiful 2 week old daughter, and some extra pounds to lose! I gained nearly 50 pounds while preg...
I am looking forward to getting back on the LC bandwagon, as I had great success with it before my pregnancy.
I hope to visit often and get to know you all!
