Default Jello Cheesecake and induction?

I was just wondering when i can introduce this to my diet? It seems low in carbs and i eat the cream cheese on other stuff and heavy cream in my eggs and i have a jello to curve cravings during the day which is usually after lunch and seem to be doing good after weighing myself on 5 different scales today saying i have lost 15lbs... And its been 4days...
My family is craving something sweet and i thought if i made them this and had a small peice it would be ok.. What do u all think?

If you do decide to make the low carb cheesecake, (splenda, cream cheese and vanilla ect.) Do yourself a favor, make a serving of it and not an entire cheesecake that can sit and yell at you from your fridge!

Cream cheese and heavy cream are both limited in induction. Induction lasts 2 weeks, not 4 days. It would really be better if you wated out the 2 weeks to get over those cravings. Ditching the jello will help. 4-5 days is kind of the panic time when the cravings kick into overdrive. Take some L-Glutamine, keep busy, and fight the cravings. You'll be amazed at how much easier it gets when the cravings go away. Feeding them LC sweets and substatutions only make them continue.
