Default Where can I find a website

I am looking for a website that will show me what my daily caloric intake should be. I am trying to keep my calories lower and be low carb because I do not seem to be losing. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Calorieking.com has the biggest database I've run across -- it is great for finding foods that you might need to customize on fitday. It includes fast foods and restaurant foods (so even if you cheat you have no excuse not to keep track of things ) You can even search by brand name. The most valuable section is the nutritional info it has for Miscellaneous items like supplements, antacids, vitamins, etc.

I like fitday much better for my food diary, though.

CalorieKing is the only thing of value I got out of a $3000 weight loss program I tried years ago....

Just a suggestion...

I wasn't losing and I thought that I needed to decrease my cals, but really I needed to up my fat %. I was around 60%, now I stay between 70 and 80% and my cals are around 1800/day, I finally started losing again.
