Hi Windsong...I'm in Colorado too...and wouldn't mind someone to chat with too. It's kinda hard living in uber-fit Colorado, especially with places like Boulder.

Hi Windsong and Helena

Hi,
I'm in Colorado too. Just started Atkins May 17th and doing pretty well. I have switched over to more of a South Beach plan tho. Would love to have a little support group with you two and anyone else from Colorado. Looks like you both have done really well. Congratulations!!! would love to hear your tips.
