okay guys. im taking the boyfriend to his fav. resturant tonight for his bday [late but oh well] since he has to work today, he will be wearing a suit!! so i went out and bought a cute little dress.. yay! well anyway back to my point.. we are going to a japanese steakhouse. it is mainly veggies [carrots, zucchini(sp?), broccoli, and a few mushrooms] and meat so as long as i stay away from the rice i will be okay.. right?? yup - ya got it right . Make sure you ask about sauces to ensure they don't include any flour based ones as well....good luck and have a great time!

Be careful of any of the sauces that may be on anything, but otherwise you should be okay. Have fun!

I have never had problems at a japanese steak house. Everything they serve aside from the rice and carrots and white sauce is usually fine. If in doubt about any of the sauces, just use soy sauce.

Have a great time!

im going to skip the sauces.. the soy sauce he cooks with makes the food taste so wonderful that sauces aren't needed... if anyone in nashville reads this GO TO MIKADDO!!
