Question Lo carb candy bars

Hello everyone, my name is Thres (short for Theresa),new member here. Been on the lo carb since March 1st and staying very close to Atkins Induction. What's the scoop on the lo carb candy bars? I'm a big fan and have probably 4 a week. Not certain if this might be hindering the diet although pretty pleased with the results so far. Concerned about the "alcohol sugars" and how they don't seem to be counted in the carb column. Would appreciate any feedback.

I'd strongly advise you to quit eating the lc candy bars. Some experts believe you should count 1/3 to 1/2 of the sugar alcohol grams as carbs. If you're having strong cravings for sweets, whip up a batch of the homemade pb cups in the sweet treats section of the recipes forum.

I would stay away from the LC bars also, I was having the Russel Stover choclates and I stalled for a week, gave them up and I dropped 5lbs!!! Have them one in awhile but not everyday, once a week would be fine!
