Every time I send a PM, a little window pops up in the top left of my screen, but disappears before it loads. What's on it? One of those things I've always wondered over the last year and a half...

It should be a little box prompting you if you want a read receipt or not.

Nope, I see that one. The one in the upper left appears after I click the read receipt box.

Maybe it's the Read Receipt sending itself back to the sender. I know the one you mean and that's what I have assumed.
