Default [Zone] Need help with menu plans?

I am such a bad planner and I want to change all that I will be starting the Zone from Monday and if anyone has any menu ideas that they can pass this way would be much appreciated. I got the food list but I get all confused with the blocks. Thanks

There are several Zone books with menu ideas. Zone Perfect Meals in Minutes or A Week in the Zone would be good choices. There are also ideas on the zoneperfect.com website.

I found it easier to make up a folder to which I added everymeals 'receipe'. Eventually all I had to do was look in the folder for meal ideas and all the blocks were listed ready for me! I made up my own receipes from my favourite meals by 'tweaking' the carbs and proteins to fit.
