very hopeful and optimistic
Here we go. Ready to start. Can't wait to get going. I've been trying for a while to loss weigh, but with little success. I strive to stay in shape with different exercise, but the portions of my meals over take me. I'm sure there's a way about this I just must find it. Though, I've tried high protein/low carb diets and just seem to crave fiber or something in my diet. I'm at a loss and really am hoping to have something work out this time.
