Default Slim Fast low carb shake

I was hoping someone can let me know if these are good to have for breakfast I don't have time to cook in the morning so I have been drinking the shakes they are very good but I want to make sure I'm making the right choice. Or is there something else I can try

Generally, I think that whole unprocessed foods are better. But, the most important thing is to make this a way of life you can live with. If it helps you get off to a good start in the morning and you save valuable time - go for it! I don't like them but many low-carbers swear by them. As long as it fits well into your lifestyle, I sure wouldn't worry about it. I never ate breakfast before Atkins so at least you are getting some nutrition in the morning!

The Chocolate is awesome. You need to get used to the thickness, it is very thick, but I have thinned it with water too. It is very filling and satisfying if you are not a person who gets up to make yourself breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed them, in fact I need to restock my shelves...
