Hi Inspire! Welcome back!

Tips:
Stay close to this forum. Come everyday for support, motivation, advice, inspiration--any problem you have someone else has had it.

Do induction to the letter for the first 2 weeks.

Keep your fat high (70% at least of total calories)

Stay away from fake food--fill your cupboards/fridge with egss 9really cheap), buy cheap cuts of meat/chicken, frsh or frozen veggies whatever you can get cheap that is Akins allowed.

Drink plenty of water.

If you have cravings eat something high in fat and protein. You can also by L Glutamine powder (not the capsules) for cravings.

Do some form of exercise. Start off easy though.

Create a journal so you can make friends, people can visit and keep you on the lc path. Also visit other peoples journals. People love visitors.

Tomorrow is a new day. Forget the past you can do this.

Good luck.
