Default Atkins Morning Start Cereal

My lovely hubby bought me a box of Morning Start Cereal from the web, but as we are in the UK and don't have such things as low carb milk what do you put on it if anything? Is soy milk any good?

Thanks

Donna.

You could make your own LC milk. Half whole cream and half water....

It worked for me before Carb Countdown...

Soy slender in a splenda sweetened soy milk that had 1g net per 8oz. The taste is amazing and the vanilla works great on cereal.

There is also westbrea unsweetened soy milk which is vanilla flavored and good on cereals.

The other soy milks avoid. They have amny things added including sugar and wheat.

KETO has a powdered milk you can get, but I thought the taste was beyond disgusting.
