I love food network and used to watch it all the time. When I started doing low carb though I found it triggered occasional cravings, plus it was depressing I couldn't make alot of the things anymore. I hope this show is a good one. It will be nice to have soemthig to watch and cook from again

Fantastic!
This WOE is becoming more and more mainstream. Soon it will be just an accepted way of eating, like low fat. I will look forward to some great new recipes. I love cooking.

Thank you so much for sharing that. I too use to love watching cooking showes. But had to quit since I can't make anything anymore.

I wrote myself a note and I'm taping it to my TV or else I will forget.
I'm so excited and can't wait.

Deana

Yup, i was also watching a show on foodtv called 30 minute meals and they had a show devoted to low carb eating, one snack she prepared was great. Thick slice of cucumber, layer with chive cream cheese, toped with a slice os smoked salmon (lox)
i tried it and yum!

I am a big fan of Chefs George Stella and his wife and he said he would be starting his own TV show but I didn't know just when. He was featured on a TV special about Low Carbing a few months ago. He is an real inspiration.

Here is a link to his website:
