Exclamation Not wanting to face that maybe I cheated

I have a question. If I ate a piece of Russell Stover Carb free chocolate candy, can I still say that I'm cheat free? I didn't go over my 20 carbs, and the Keto strip still says ketosis, but...that chocolate is NOT on INDUCTION!!!!

Oh and I didn't lose any weight today either.

Hummmmm.

I feel like I cheated.

My hubby brought home a box for valentines day and I had one little piece.

Hi IC!!

I wouldn't say that you cheated especially since you stayed under your alotted amount of carbs. I mean I think its better than have a sugar laden box of chocolates. I personally wouldn't call that a cheat. Of course I'm no expert!

Absolutely, you're still cheat free, IMHO.
