Default Need Energy

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips for me. I typically enjoy working out and am able to spend about an hour at the gym, but the past couple of days my energy has been really low. Can anyone suggest any supplements or foods that might give me an energy boost? I usually jog on the treadmill and use free weights...
Thanks for your help!
Jenn

caffeine?

Sorry, I'm a caffeine junkie.

Look to see if it's something in your lifestyle causing fatigue. Are you tired from not sleeping enough, is it something you're eating and reacting to, are you a little worn out still from your last workout? Knowing why you're tired will help you come up with a remedy for it.

Default Thanks

Meg,
Thanks for the info...I just added a green tea supplement to my diet and it seems like it helps. I have a tendency to overdo it in the gym, but you're right..coffee is my savior!

If you have tendency to overdo, and have the same routine day by day
a rest day and/or changing your routine can give a very pleasant bust to your energy level:-))

(If you feel antsy on your rest day, and feel that you need to do something, how about a nice long stretch for example?)
