Sweet & Sour Sauce

Can someone tell me how I can make a homemade, lowcarb version of Sweet & Sour Sauce? Thanks!

Sorry I don't have any proportions but tomato paste, sweetener, vinegar, salt and water would work. You could also add ginger and garlic if you like. To thicken it, blend it up in a blender with a wee bit of xanthan gum.

You could also use low carb ketchup and add more sweetener, vinegar and salt.
