Unhappy I am having a break from Dr Clarks

I stopped over the weekend! I couldn't face putting another tomato in my mouth or looking at another egg first thing in the morning, I have done this WOL for 4 months now and lost a total of 27lb !!!! I had only 3 days off over xmas, and I have up til now enjoyed every minute. I need to have a break. I have gradually re-introduced potatoes and pasta this week and will continue to do so one step at a time. I am aiming for a low fat diet for a while and hoping to come back to this in a couple of months. I will stay in touch and read/add to my journal, as you have been so supportive and I would like to carry that on if I may?
Keep up the good work girls and stay in touch. I am as you know, working full time and hope that this will also mean that I can have some 'normal' lunches, I get an extra 1/2 hour in bed (as i am on cereal now) and so far I have had no cramps!! I just pray that the weight still comes off! I have to say I am missing the wine like mad!!!!! and tonight I could do with some nuts!! but instead I have an apple and huge glass of water in my wine glass!! so CHEERS to you all, and thankyou for the support and friendship over the past 4 months.
lots of love twigs xx

Hi Twiglet

I hope that your return to carb land will not have all those pounds rushing back on again. There will have been lessons that you learnt whilst low carbing which apply whatever you eat. So don't over eat and keep your carbs lower than you might otherwise have done.

Keep in touch.
