Default 10 pounds in 10 days ???

This must be heaven...I have lost a whopping 10 pounds in exactly 10 days! Yah for me I wonder how long this will last? I hope it continues like this!

Thumbs up

Remember the more you have to lose the more you tend to lose the first few weeks and most of that is water. Carbs soak up water thus you tend to bloat...low carbing eliminates water thus you shed that water plus some. As long as you are feeling ok, eating enough protein carbs and fat, than you are doing great!

Hi there and congrats on your quick weight loss!

As Yvonne said, the initial drop is mostly water loss, which is good whether it's water or not!

What Yvonne alluded to is that you won't drop as quickly after the inital water loss. You will start burning fat, because you are keeping your blood glucose levels low. This is a much slower weight loss process. Don't get discouraged if you slow down, or even stop for a while. We all hit plateaus!

Still, you have taken the first step, and as you've seen, it's a nice step in the right direction! Good luck to you and congrats again!
