[COLOR=DarkOrange][FONT=Comic Sans MS] Hi there all! My nickname is Volgal and I am FAT ~ not as fat as I was when I was at 256, but still fat at my present 217. I am an Atkins Dieter and have lost my 39 pounds in the last 11 weeks ~ I feel good about this process, and have all the support I need at home from my husband, but sometimes, I need support from an outsider, one who REALLY KNOWS what this is all about. So, that is my goal here in this forum.

Glad to meet you all. Look forward to a wonderful relationship with each of you during this journey in 2004 and forever lasting.
