Unhappy You guys are so encouraging

I could really use some. I have seasonal affective disorder, which usually results in a weight gain over the winter. I promised myself I would be happy with just NOT GAINING this year, but managed to actually lose some weight, and, more importantly, a bunch of inches! The first of December I wacked out my back-which happens occasionally, and had to cut back on exercise for three weeks. Got an adjustment and massage-voila! Back is better. Then BAM I got the flu, and then a serious sinus infection, and I have litearlly been sick since the week before Christmas. I feel better, but not 100% even still (yes, I take vitamins drink plenty of water, and eat lots of veggies). The thing is, I didn't cheat, but I haven't been exercising regularly AT ALL and I've gained back three pounds and LOST MY SHAPE! My belly is back, my waist, hips- the fat rearranged itself right back where it was before and I feel like my effort has been for nothing. I'm feeling very discouraged.
And very fat. :-(

My dear, you have done wonderfully. And 167 pounds is NOT fat. There are many, many people on this board, myself included, who only dream about weighing 167 pounds! You've been sick and got off-track — that's OK! It won't take long to get your shape back, and you'll be more beautiful than ever. Keep at it!
