No weight Loss Please Help!!!
About 4 years ago I started my own invention of low carb ie I would eat uncontrolled amounts of fried chicken strips w/ dipping sauce (I lived off of) fried cheese sticks, Captain D's fried fish w/ tons of tarter sauce salad etc. I lost a whopping 85lbs!! Well, I stopped this woe and now am back up to 195 and very unhappy. So, I have started eating low carb again, staying under 30 grams of carbs a day w/ lots of water etc. NO WEIGHT LOSS. I'm ready to cry about it. These days there are many things low carb that weren't availiable before that I have been using ie, low carb milk, cerel, pancakes, etc. Is this the reason???? I never really did an "induction before" and lost 85lbs 4 years ago. Is my body more sensitive now? What's going on please help!
