I'd say yes, give it a week, then increase it to twice a day (you were doing once right?) Are you doing a full dose atm or half? If your just oding half then after a week go ahead and raise to a full dose twice a day. Preferably in morning and before lunch (take it an hour before eating or exercise). Hold off on the evening dose until your sure it won't keep you awake or aggitated at nights.
You're doing or starting BFL, right? For now ignore weight and instead concentrate on body fat and getting into better shape. As you work out you may even gain weight at first as your lean mass builds. Most people don't lsoe weight until the 6th week or so because the body builds first. Just make sure you are having enough protien and calories your building lean weight, not destroying it.
