Default big stomach!!!!

What can I do with it... it is alright in the morning, but as teh day goes on, it gets bigger and bigger.... every part of my body has lose inches, expect for my tummy..... I am drinking 5 L of water a day, exercise 3-4 times a week, doing sit up 2-3 times a week, and stay out of cheese too!!! but nothing has help!!!!! In the evening, my tummy is even bigger than my breast (although I must admit I have a small breast).... why is that? The first few days of Atkin the tummy did not expand, but now...it is back to the old days, why is that? What can I do about it? O... and as for my BM it is pretty regular too.... eating husk everyday and flaxseed too!!!

Watch put for the sit ups. Make sure you are drawing your stomach muscles in(down to the floor) as you do them. If you let them round out, that is what you will be training them to do. Even on crunches you need to be aware of this. Check out some pilates info to get the whole picture. Basically, engage the abs by drawing them in like a corset around your spine. It works all those core muscles, not just the abs.
