Earthmamma and Atkins4myW, welcome to the challenge.
Atkins4myW - I suggest you start a journal and perhaps a gym log. You can post your measurements and pics here, in this thread, or in your signature like I did. Depends on how open you feel like being. People have to hunt to find stuff in here, in your signature it's easy for anyone who sees one of your posts to access every time you post. Typically people post daily food and exercise in their journals and/or gym logs, and then the journal also becomes a meeting place for people you want to chat with. This thread will be mainly for discussions relating to the challenge, asking questions and providing support for other members of the challenge. Basically getting to know the other people in the challenge, although you'll notice, a lot of us know each other from previous challenges. The faqs explain how to get a journal and a gym log started and you can click on anyone's journal or gym log button to see how they work. My gym log is defunct, so it's not a good example. I got lazy and just post everything in my journal. Anyway, welcome to the forum. You'll find it a lot of fun and very helpful. Anything you are going through, you will find lots of advise, empathy and wisdom among the folks here.
