Finally had some bella vita penne LC pasta for dinner

(3/4 cup dry). First off I have to say it is very very close to real whole wheat pasta. I cooked the penne for 10 min. Very el dente the way we like it. I put Victorias vodka sauce on it. Very delicious, and the one serving had 28g of protein, so I didn't need to have a piece of chicken either!

My 4 yr old had some and liked it (and wanted more)

Ha Ha Ha I had La Bella Pasta today also! But I had Victoria artichoke sauce! I am not crazy for al dente pasta but this was not too bad. Sunday I am going to make some tuna macaroni salad with mayo and celery. Viva La Bella Pasta!
