Default Am I missing any supplements?

What vitamins/supplements do you take? DH laughs at me every night when I pull 6 bottles out of the medicine cabinet to take my daily supplements. I take a One-A-Day multivitamin (no iron) for seniors (I'm 23!), potassium, calcium, vitamin E, and flax seed oil. Do you think there's anything else I should be taking? When I run out of this calcium I plan to replace it with a calcium/magnesium instead.

P.S. I can't/won't afford the expensive Atkins supplements.

I lay out 8 days of vitamins at a time and could do more if I cared to.

I take silica for stronger hair / nails / cell walls.

I take WAY more vitamin C than you can get in a multi; I'm taking 6-8 g / day. If you start bruising, up the C.

I take manganese because it's supposed to help with back pain and I notice more pain if I don't take it.

I've also heard talk about chromium. Anyone try this?
