Smile I have two questions--

Hello! I have a couple questions: Ive lost a little over 12 lbs in the past 3 wks doing low carbs - 22 gr/under a day--Everyday Ive been eating two Wendys Ceaser Side Salads without the croutons----are these ok? The dressing has 1 carb per packet & I have two.

Also, is it true that if something has 5 grams of carbs & 3 grams of fiber (dietary) than it only counts as 2 grams of carbs?

yes, it's true. 5 g carbs - 3 g fiber = 2 carbs to include in daily count

Wendy's Caesar Side Salad sans croutons is great, only 1 gram of net carbs per serving (3 total grams minus 2 grams of fiber). Wendy's has a pretty thorough breakdown of everything they sell at wendys.com.

Great job knocking 12 lbs. in a hurry!
