Default Interesting to me..

I know I know i shouldnt look at the stupid scale but alas i am addicted , dont really care all that much as i am loosing inches but I am noticing something.

I started working out in September (Cardio 5 times a week weight training 5 times a week m-w-f chest, arms, shoulders, T-TH Legs and abs),

At that time i was 242 lbs in the morning (post P and in underwear) and in the evening anywhere between 246-248.

Now it is October and i am 244 lbs in morning and 244.5 in the evening.

almost no change.
I drink approx 100 oz of water,
Bfast is the same
2 egg cheese omelet
3-4 half slices of bacon

lunch;
salad (lettuce,celery,scallion,olives)

Dinner:
changes daily but usually chicken,beef,pork etc...with a salad

not really concerned as i am loosing inches just weird of almost no weight change from morning to evening in last 2 weeks and not weight loss for almost 7 weeks

You are working out hard and adding muscle. Muscle weighs more than the fat you loose. During the first few months of intensive weight training you need to just go by measurements. Still get weighed you may be suprised one morning with a big Whosh loss. Looks like you need to add some protein at lunch too. You need to make sure you get all the protein your body needs. Even more so if working out so heavy

ian559 is so right! When I first started working out the scale didn't budge, but my clothes started fitting so much better.
Remember that old show, "The Prisoner"?
