Hiya All

Hello all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jeff. I have been on Atkins since 8/29/03 (Monday). So far I have stuck to my goals during induction. Found out last night that I am in Liposys/Ketosis and it was a huge mental boost. After the third day there was a tremdous boost of energy. Hard to fall alseep at night now. But I am going to stick to it. Just wnated to say hey and good luck to all.
