I posted a question this morinng but I don't know how to get answers. Do I just keep posting and hope that someone will respond. I am new to this chat room stuff. I would appreciate any help that I can get.

It's just a matter of being patient and waiting until someone who knows the answer will post. Repeating the question doesn't help because duplicate posts just cause confusion and will therefore be removed.
And I see that you have received replies now to your previous posts.

If you want to know more about how the forum works, have a read of our at the top of the screen. You will also find a lot of info in our Comments Box and Technical Questions forum. And you can also find a lot of useful info from reading the "sticky" threads at the top of many of the forums.
